Stealth Config

Stealth Config now works properly :) You can now successfully hide from other players by cloaking. Hostile units will not target cloaked units.

Bug fixes and miscellaneous updates:

• Fixed an issue where multiplayer lobbies would sometimes just be a blank screen
• Fixed an issue where players could attack while in ghost form after their base is destroyed
• Fixed an issue where timed bombs could launch players farther than intended
• Fixed an issue where the tutorial would not progress if a player accidentally builds an unpowered turret
• Clarified some research upgrade names
